We Started our Art Unit

We have started our mini unit on Art. We have learned about primary colors, secondary colors, pastels and tints. We have done color mixing. We have painted horizontal and vertical lines. Next week we will paint diagonal lines and paint with dots- the smallest line! 

We also took selfies on the iPads and then sketched and water colored self-portraits! All students have been enjoying this unit!

Room 101 Welcomed a New Student!

Last week Room 101 welcomed a new student to our class. Haashini joined us last Monday. She has made a smooth transition into Room 101. We are very proud of how nice and welcoming all students have been with Haashini.  We all introduced ourselves to Haashini and we danced to Twinkle Friends!
