Flat Teacher Update

Flat Mrs. Parnell and Mrs. Kearney had a couple adventures this week with Ryan and Emma. Ryan found the flat teachers this week when unpacking boxes in his new house in Reno, Nevada. The flat teachers had a tour of Ryan's new house including his bedroom and club house. Ryan made us hearts and hung us on his door! (Remember if you want to be in touch with Ryan let Mrs. Parnell know and she can pass on Ryan's new address. ) Emma took the flat teachers to Gloucester and we saw the ocean, sailboats and got some ice cream! We have loved all the adventures our students have taken us on. There are a couple more weeks of summer. Please keep sharing!

More Flat Teacher Adventures and Student Update

Christopher brought the flat teachers along with him on vacation. We visited Diamond Beach, Cape May Lighthouse and the Aerospace Museum in New Jersey. Thanks for bringing us along. It looks like we had a GREAT time!

We also heard from Ryan. He and his family have moved to Reno, Nevada this summer. He shared that he has wild horses in his neighborhood. He went horseback riding, fishing, running, has a new bike to ride, gave his dad a hair cut, painted his room, wrote to his uncle and he started first grade this week! If you want to keep in touch with Ryan email Mrs. Parnell and she will share his new address.

Flat Teacher Update & Smile Buttons

 Hello everyone! Rose checked in with a Flat Teacher update. Rose emailed a picture of her with Flat Mrs. Parnell and Mrs. Kearney with her giant sunflower that she grew from our kindergarten planting unit. So amazing Rose! Max H. also checked in and shared that he has been busy riding his bike, going to the playground, finding shapes, looking through his kindergarten memory book and reading to his brother. We LOVE these updates and seeing what our almost first graders are up to! Please continue to share with us. 

Also- please remember to send us a a smile picture of your child by Thursday, August 20th. We have two created already and we don't want anyone left out!

Flat Teachers at t-ball!

Sean and Drew were on the same t-ball team this summer and they brought flat Mrs. Parnell and Mrs. Kearney to the last day! We had a lot of fun. Keep sharing your adventures with us!❤

Flat Teachers with our Kindergartners and 4th Grade Partners

This week flat Mrs. Parnell and Mrs. Kearney had a swimming playdate with Emma and her 4th grade partner Nora and Chris and his 4th grade partner (also his sister) Gaby had an archeological dig and hunted for dinosaur bones with us. We are so happy to be enjoying these outings with our students! Hopefully we will be on a few more adventures with our students this summer. Thanks for sharing! ❤
