Discovery Museum Field Trip

We had an awesome time at the Science Discovery Museum in Acton. The students experimented with MANY different science stations- from, wind, magnets, force, motion, water, sound, and they made their own masterpieces out of recycled materials. The time went by so quickly. We enjoyed a chilly picnic lunch and then explored the outside exhibits at the museum. Thank you to Mrs. Delano, Mrs. Toothaker, Mrs. Wilcox and Mrs. Russo for joining us on this trip!

Owl Show

To end our busy Halloween week, Ms. P. from the Science Center came to do an Owl Show for the kindergartners. Ms. P showed us all the parts of the owl and what they used these parts for. She showed us two different owls and then she had Edison the Great Horned Owl out for us to see. She had Edison fly across the classroom to her. It was really cool!
