On Monday we created snowmen to hang over our cubbies during the winter months. We were given a lot of freedom to be creative. Therefore they each look a little bit different.
On Tuesday we went to work writing about our snowmen. We had to use lots of describing words to help explain just what they look like.
Next the snowmen were spread out for all of us to see. We shared what we wrote about our snowmen. Classmates listened to our descriptions to see if they could figure out which snowmen was ours. This was a fun game. We learned that the more details we put into our writing the easier it was to solve the mystery.
