We had many Hoot card earners. We are in a March Mathness Tournament (like the March Madness basketball tournament, but we solve math puzzles instead of play basketball) in ST Math. All students who are in the 100% club were assigned 1st grade topics so the whole class could participate in this challenge. Every class was assigned a color and we are competing blind to try to win the March Mathness Challenge. We had a strong showing last week. The students completed LOTS of puzzles! The first place prize is a basketball game with JiJi and a class trophy!
