This week we continued to learn about Thanksgiving and showing gratitude for all we have. We also completed our Thanks A Lot book. We completed writing our personal narratives. This was a challenging writing assignment. We also made cornucopias and worked on Topic 5 in math- categorizing. We started a science unit on Reduce, Reuse & Recycle and started looking at waste. Where does it go? How can we produce less? How can we protect our resources? We also started a social studies unit on the continents. We also did Thanksgiving activities with our 4th grade partners.
