Tuesday was orange day. We started our day using our salt dough (thanks to Kingston's mom for making the class dough!) we watched some dough fingerplays and we worked the dough to strengthen our hand muscles to help with fine motor skills. We had our first guidance lesson with Ms. Kendall. We continued to work on our Counting, Color and Nursery Rhyme books. We illustrated Peter, Peter. We had our first iPad lesson with Mrs. Ardizzoni, one of the Town of Burlington's Technology Integration teachers. She came in to talk to us about how to take care of our iPads. She spent some time helping to acclimate us to the iPad and most especially the ClassLink platform and the Drawing Pad application. We also had art today.
