March 17th- Happy St. Patrick's Day! Read Aloud

Hello Everyone,

It is March 17th.  Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I am sorry we are not together today. Here's day two of our Read-Aloud storytime.  Mrs. Hoyt brought one of her St. Patrick's Day books home with her. The book is Jaime O’Rourke And The Big Potato by Tomie DePaola. Hope you enjoy it!

It might be fun to share a couple of the songs and videos about St. Patrick's Day. If we were at school we would be watching and singing them.  Count along with the Leprechaun!

Here is another story for today!  Mackenzie O'Shamrock is The Luckiest Leprechaun!  - Mackenzie is lucky to have a dog that wants to be his friend.  Mac learns that a good friend is valuable.  What is more meaningful to you than gold?

It’s the night before St. Patrick’s Day, and Tim and Maureen are wide awake setting traps to catch a leprechaun! When they wake the next morning, they’re shocked to find that they’ve actually caught one! But will they be able to find his pot of gold?

Have a fun day!
