We celebrated all our summer birthdays this week. Happy Early Birthday to Daviana and Joana who will turn 6 in July and to Ruth and Lyle who will turn 6 in August. We hope you all have wonderful birthdays!
We celebrated the end of the year with an Elmer parade with Room 102 & 103. We had fun parading around Pine Glen then we took a group photo and played on the playground.
We had our Kindergarten and 4th grade kickball game and had a lot of fun on our last day of school!
Today we celebrated Ansh's birthday. Ansh actually turned 6 yesterday, but we were at the Stone Zoo. Ansh made goody bags for all his classmates, so please check backpacks for the goody bags. Happy Birthday Ansh.
We also had many students earn Hoot cards and Daviana made it to 80% complete in ST Math. Only 3 1/2 days left. Let's finish STRONG!
On Thursday, June 12th we went to the Stone Zoo with our 4th grade partners. We had a GREAT time! This trip was a a perfect way to end our animal research project. The students were able to identify animals and tell how they knew the animals were living. The groups worked together to complete a scavenger hunt and then we picnicked all together! Thank you to Ms. Alexander, Mrs. Khalil and Mrs. Ryzhko who joined us to chaperone and shared pictures from the trip.
