End of the Year Owl Craft

 The Pine Glen PTO sponsored a really cool art project for the kindergartners. Mrs. Smith a craftor and manager of the Made in Burlington Store taught the art class for the art project. Mrs. Smith brought in all the supplies to create adorable Pine Glen owl canvases! They came out AMAZING and I know room 101 students will love them for a long time! Made in Burlington is a wonderful store comprised of over 80 artisan vendors. If you are in the need of any handmade gifts or craft kits, Made in Burlington is a wonderful resource and a local business. Thank you again to the Pine Glen PTO and Mrs. Smith for helping us create these crafts! We will send the owls home next week. They will be a nice keepsake of kindergarten.

Pine Glen Field Day

  All Pine Glen students had an amazing field day today. The weather was perfect and the students visited all the different field, water and gym choices. This afternoon the kindergarteners watched the 3-5 graders do the tug of war. It was a FUN, EXCITING, EXHAUSTING day. An early bed time may be needed. Thank you to Mrs. Angeley, Mrs. Trelegan, Mrs. Lin, Mr. Costa and Mrs. Brady for helping us today and to other Room 101 parents who volunteered and helped the whole school!

Hoots, Certificates & Congratulations

 We had another successful week in kindergarten! Congratulations to our Hoot card earners, certificate earner and at home writer. As our school year comes to an end we are proud of our students who continue to be actively engaged! Nice work Room 101!
