Mrs. Parnell won a teacher appreciation basket from the Made in Burlington store. Thank you to the parent/family who entered my name in the drawing at the store! Along with the basket came an art lesson with Mrs. Smith, (Amelia's mom from Room 102). Mrs. Smith is a craftor and manages the Made in Burlington Store. Mrs. Smith brought in all the supplies to create adorable Pine Glen owl canvases! They came out AMAZING and I know room 101 students will love them for a long time! Made in Burlington is a wonderful store comprised of over 80 artisan vendors. If you are in the need of any handmade gifts or craft kits, Made in Burlington is a wonderful resource and a local business! Thank you again Mrs. Smith for helping us create these crafts!
