Today we had a festive Valentine's Day. We started our day with morning work and our Learning apps. Then we had a quick morning meeting and took lots of Valentine pictures. Then we had our Secret Valentine exchange and we opened our class valentines. We read the class Valentine Book, Peppa Pig's Valentine. The February book was sponsored by the Brady Family. Then we had our Victorian Luncheon and recess on the field. Next we went to gym. After gym we sang some Valentine songs, skip counted by 5s, 10s and 2s and we did Heggerty. We wrote about our favorite part of the day. Finally we watched more of the Samantha video, learning more about the Victorian times and we had our snacks. Lots of valentine goodies were sent home today. We hope you have time to look through everything. Thank you to Nolan, Addie and Rasec for the Teacher Valentine gifts. It was so thoughtful of all of you to think of us at Valentine's day!
