Helping JiJi Find Shapes

We challenged our students to find Math in their surroundings. We are working on Unit 12 in EnVision- shapes, solids and flats. We are recognizing all different kinds of shapes. We had many students help JiJi find shapes over the weekend! Way to go shape detectives!

Rose found a solid shape- a cylinder.

Max found some circles- wheels and a fan.

Max found a triangle.

Sean found a rectangle.

Sean also found a square.

Bryson found a circle.

Bryson also found a rectangle,

and a square.

Chris found a circle.

Chris also found a rectangle and

a square.

Lillian found a square, a rectangle and some circles!

Emma found a couple circles. 

Gracyn found some round mangos and a circle.

Chase found a circle and a square.

CJ found two rectangles and a square.

Ryan also helped JiJi find some shapes. He found a circle cookie on a square plate, a huge cylinder and he made a circle with a twist tie.
