Dexteria- Fine Motor Skill Development App

This week the kindergartners were introduced to the Dexteria Fine Motor Development App on the iPad. This app acts as a therapeutic tool that improves fine motor skills and handwriting readiness in children and adults! The app's efficacy is supported by independent research studies including a 2016 study by Huntington University published in the Journal of Hand Therapy.  This app will help the students increase coordination and motor control in the hands and fingers. The app is designed to be repeatable and engaging.
