The Science center has also sent over a lunar moth cocoon and caterpillars that we will observe as they go through metamorphisis. We also have tadpoles that we watched hatch from their eggs last Friday. We hope to observe the tadpoles as they change into frogs! Spring is a very busy time in kindergarten!

New Animals are Visiting our Room
This morning Miss P. from the Burlington Science Center brought us new visiting animals for Beatrix Potters Nursery. The students were thrilled to meet Olive the rabbit and a baby turtle. She introduced the animals and allowed us to touch the animals if we wanted to. She went over the animal characteristics for the reptile and mammal families.
