No School, No Problem!

snowman_(1).jpg (425×270)

Mrs. Parnell and Mrs. Gordon received the call that we will be home again.  We will miss our kindergarten friends!

The snow will be falling, keeping us at home but students have plenty they can do...work on your special valentine and class valentines, read a book(and mark your 5 star general form), check out the Raz-Kids and Symphony math apps or write a note in your journal!  Bring your journal to school when we return and share it with us!

Practicing sight words and math facts is easy using the tool on this blog.  The tab at the top of this page will take you to the link.

Take time to get outside and play in the snow and be sure to help mom and dad with the shoveling!

If you build a snowman or play in the snow, please email Mrs. Parnell a picture.............perhaps we will use the photos as writing prompts this week!

Perhaps the groundhog report we got was incorrect!

AND Happy Chinese New Year! - February 8th is the beginning of the Chinese New Year celebrations.  2016 is the year of the fire monkey!
