Reading our new Greeting Card Book

Students completed their Greeting Card books this week. We spent time in our reading groups reading this new book and talking about the different cards in the book and why we may send them.

Students then started trying to make some of these types of greetings on their own in our class post office. It is so nice to see curriculum carry over into our writing choice area. The post office has been very popular. Thank you to parents who have sent in more stationary and envelopes! We could still use a few more donations.
